My work extends beyond the therapy room into education, advocacy, professional development, and resource creation.
As an Assistant Lecturer, published author, neurodiversity advocate, and creator of therapeutic resources, I am passionate about sharing knowledge, supporting professional growth, and helping make psychological wellbeing information accessible to individuals, families, and communities.
SCCP Assistant Lecturer
Since 2021, I have supported trainee therapists through my role as an Assistant Lecturer with SCCP.
I am passionate about helping future therapists develop confidence, reflective practice, and strong professional foundations whilst contributing to the ongoing development of psychotherapy education.
Published Author
My work has been published in the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) Journal (2022), where I shared professional reflections and therapeutic insights with the wider hypnotherapy community.

Neurodiversity Advocate & Educator
I am committed to promoting greater understanding, acceptance, and support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Through psychoeducation, advocacy, and resource creation, I aim to make psychological knowledge accessible, practical, and empowering, helping individuals, parents, carers, and communities better understand neurodiversity and wellbeing.
Resource Creator & Community Contributor
Alongside my therapy practice, I develop psychoeducational resources, therapeutic handouts, wellbeing guides, and online support materials to help individuals, families, carers, and communities access practical psychological knowledge and support.
Through resource creation and community education, I aim to make mental health, neurodiversity, relationship wellbeing, and personal growth information more accessible, understandable, and empowering for everyone.
Recognition of my work reflects my commitment to professional excellence, lifelong learning, community contribution, and the ongoing development of therapeutic services, education, and support resources.
I am proud to contribute to the profession and wider community through teaching, advocacy, published writing, and resource creation.
Alongside my therapy practice, I contribute to the wider profession through my role as an SCCP Assistant Lecturer, supporting trainee therapists in their professional development.
I remain committed to professional collaboration, education, advocacy, and the sharing of knowledge to help strengthen therapeutic practice and support future generations of therapists.
