Supporting Autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, couples, families and professionals through therapy, education and resources

The Moore2therapy Neurodiversity Hub has been created to provide support, education and practical resources for autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, couples, families, schools and workplaces.
As a Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapist, Advocate and Educator, I believe neurodivergence should be understood, respected and supported rather than viewed as something that needs fixing.
Whether you are seeking therapy, practical guidance, support for a loved one or a greater understanding of neurodiversity, this hub aims to provide accessible, compassionate and neurodiversity-informed information that celebrates differences and supports authentic living.
My goal is to help individuals better understand themselves, build confidence, reduce shame and create lives that work with their unique strengths rather than against them.

As a neurodiversity-affirming Therapist, I embrace the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing sensitivities, and learning differences.
My approach moves beyond traditional models, recognising neurodivergence as a natural variation of human experience rather than a deficit. Holding a Level 2 SEND Qualification and an enhanced CRB check, I offer a safe and informed therapeutic space.
I work collaboratively with clients to understand their individual sensory experiences, communication styles, and cognitive profiles, tailoring therapy to their specific needs and goals. My aim is to create a validating environment where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, empowered, and supported in navigating their challenges and celebrating their strengths.
Through extensive professional development and ongoing education, I've developed a deep understanding of neurodivergent experiences. I'm committed to providing an inclusive, accepting, and accommodating environment for everyone.
* A judgement-free space that celebrates your unique way of thinking and being
* Flexible communication options to match your preferences and comfort level
* Understanding and accommodation of sensory needs and processing styles
* Recognition and respect for different ways of expressing thoughts and emotions
* Regular updates to our practices based on current research and community feedback
Over recent years I have worked with increasing numbers of neurodivergent individuals, couples and families. Many have described feeling misunderstood, judged or unsupported because their experiences did not fit traditional expectations.
The Moore2therapy Neurodiversity Hub has been developed to provide a safe, accessible and neurodiversity-informed space where people can find support, education and practical resources designed to increase understanding and reduce stigma.
This hub reflects my ongoing commitment to neurodiversity advocacy, education and creating more inclusive approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
