What is Weight Loss Management Programme

Using hypnotherapy to help manage your weight loss, can help to facilitate changes in habits and mindset teaching you to change unwanted thought patterns, behaviours, or emotions that may be impacting what and how you eat. 

How Can the Weight Loss Management Programme help me lose Weight?

Using hypnosis to guide you into deep relaxation,  you can start to understand why you may struggle to lose weight, as well as to recognise ways you might be sabotaging yourself with unhealthy choices of behaviours. 

What type of therapy is used?

A mixture of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, EFT Tapping, Inner Child work plus Counselling skills can be used during Weight Loss Management Therapy, fused with Mindfulness and with any of the Brief Strategic Therapies of depending on each Clients requirements. 

What can I do to begin losing weight?

The best way to kick start your weight loss journey is to practice Mindful Eating.  

 

Fundamentally, mindful eating involves:

  • eating slowly and without any distraction such as TV, Mobile phone etc
  • chewing each mouthful at least 20 times
  • listening to your body and eating only until you’re full
