WHAT IS SEXOLOGY THERAPY

What is Sexology?

Sexology is a Science based Psychosexual therapy, also known as sex therapy, that is helpful for both men and Women with Sexual difficulties.


 It can also help couples improve sexual intimacy in their relationships. 


It is a talking therapy that can help with a range of Sexual issues, including:

Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, O

Sexology is a Science based Psychosexual therapy, also known as sex therapy, that is helpful for both men and Women with Sexual difficulties.


 It can also help couples improve sexual intimacy in their relationships. 


It is a talking therapy that can help with a range of Sexual issues, including:

Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, Orgasmic difficulties, 

Porn & Sex Addictions, Vaginismus, Painful sex, and Low libido.


  Psychosexual therapy can help with physical, emotional, or psychological causes of sexual difficulties, or a combination of these.

What happens in Sessions

 Sexology Psychosexual therapy can involve:

An Initial Consultant and Assessment: I will carry out a thorough assessment of the problem.


Medical treatment: Depending on the problem, the therapist may refer you to your GP for medical treatment

Counselling: The therapist will provide counseling to help with the issue

Exercises: The therapist

 Sexology Psychosexual therapy can involve:

Exercises: The therapist may provide exercises or homework to do between appointments  

How Many sessions?

 The number of appointments needed depends on the complexity of the issue, but it can range from one to several months. It's usually best to attend with a sexual partner if you're in a relationship.
